Starting School in Reception

At Wyke, we try to make the process of starting school as smooth as possible for all children. We offer a number of Stay and Play sessions with their new class, as well as an additional meeting for parents. This is so that children become familiar with their new school and parents have opportunities to ask questions and find out more about what to expect.

When you accept a place at Wyke, we will contact you with all the necessary forms and information. If you have any other questions, or believe that your child may need some additional support in starting at school, please speak to us.
