Celebrating with your child

At Wyke Primary Academy we have a Celebration Assembly each Thursday at 9.50am.

The teaching staff choose two children from each class who have worked particularly hard or had a specific achievement each week to receive a Star Award in this Assembly. The parents of these children are invited to attend the assembly to see their child receive their award.

Not every parent is available to attend due to work etc., so if a parent lets us know they are not able to come we make sure a member of staff is aware and they will celebrate with the child.
